Schneider Electric LB1-LB03P06 Thermal-Magnetic Protection Module (LB1LB03P06) provides adjustable thermal overload and magnetic short-circuit protection for 3-pole INTEGRAL 18 self-protected motor starters. It offers an adjustable thermal overload range of 1.0–1.6 A, a magnetic trip setting of 24 A (15 × FLC), and a thermal overload class of 10, with rated operational voltage (Ue) and insulation voltage (Ui) up to 690 VAC and AC-43 utilization. With a breaking capacity ≥130 kA at 220–690 VAC, it guards motors against overload, short-circuits, and phase imbalance, and is compatible with Telemecanique INTEGRAL 18 self-protected combination motor starters. Common applications include MCCs, conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging machines, HVAC systems, and other industrial motor control panels in automation systems; the module weighs approximately 0.25 kg and complies with IEC 60947-6-1 and IEC 60947-6-2.
