Schneider Electric LB1-LD03P55 Relay Load Starter Protection

Schneider Electric's LB1-LD03P55 Relay Load Starter Protection is a 3-pole TeSys Integral 63 thermal-magnetic protection module that provides fixed thermal overload and magnetic short-circuit protection for standard motors in industrial motor-control systems. It offers an adjustable thermal overload range of 28–40 A and a fixed magnetic trip at 15× the maximum thermal current (approximately 600 A), with a Class 20 thermal overload rating. The unit is rated for 690 VAC operation and insulation, features IP20B protection, and supports motor power ratings from 9 kW at 220–240 VAC up to 33 kW at 600–690 VAC. Compatible TeSys Integral 63 contactors include LD1LD030, LD4LD030, and LD5LD030; the module weighs about 0.78 kg and is commonly used in MCCs, conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging machines, HVAC systems, and other industrial control panels.
