Schneider Electric LR2-D3563 Thermal Overload Relay

Schneider Electric LR2‑D3563 Thermal Overload Relay is a three‑pole, Class 20 adjustable motor protection device designed for use with TeSys D contactors to deliver overload protection and phase unbalance detection for three‑phase motors up to 37 kW at 400 VAC. It provides an adjustable current range of 63 to 80 A and includes one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact for signaling and interlock needs. Compatible with TeSys D LC1D80 and LC1D95 contactors, the relay can be mounted directly or on a DIN rail for flexible installation in motor starters and electrical panels. Common applications include conveyors, pumps, compressors, industrial automation equipment, machine tools, HVAC and process control systems where reliable thermal protection is required.
