Schneider Electric LR3D086 Thermal Overload Relay

Schneider Electric LR3D086 TeSys Deca thermal overload relay protects motors by interrupting current when the load exceeds its preset range, rated 2.5–4 A with a Class 10A characteristic. The device provides 1 normally open and 1 normally closed contact (1NO+1NC) and uses lug terminals for wiring, designed for unbalanced-load motor applications. It is part of Schneider Electric’s TeSys protection family and is rated for up to 690 VAC line voltage, making it suitable for standard motor-control circuits that rely on TeSys D contactors for protection. By monitoring motor current and tripping when it exceeds the 2.5–4 A range, LR3D086 helps prevent winding overheating and equipment damage.
