Schneider Electric LRD-06 Thermal Overload Relay

Schneider Electric’s TeSys D LRD06 thermal overload relay is a three-pole motor protection device with an adjustable current range of 1–1.6 A and Class 10A tripping, designed to protect three‑phase motors from overload and phase loss in industrial motor control systems. It is intended for use with TeSys D contactors (LC1D09, LC1D12, LC1D18, LC1D25, LC1D32, LC1D38) and can mount via Direct Contactor Mount, DIN rail, or panel, with screw-clamp terminals and a 690 VAC rating (600 VAC UL/CSA) and -20°C to +60°C operating range. The relay provides 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts and serves as an OEM direct replacement for LRD06, making it a common choice in motor control centers, conveyors, pumps, fans, HVAC equipment, and other machinery using TeSys D starters.
