Schneider Electric LRD12 Starter

LRD12 is a TeSys Deca thermal overload relay from Schneider Electric that provides motor overload protection for AC circuits and is designed to be paired with TeSys D contactors to form a compact, integrated motor starter. Rated for 5.5 to 8 A and class 10A, it interrupts power when the thermal element detects overload; its adjustable protection ranges span from about 0.16–0.25 A up to 30–38 A to accommodate a wide variety of motor sizes. It uses screw-terminal connections for straightforward wiring and can be directly mounted on the bottom terminals of a TeSys D contactor to minimize panel space and simplify assembly. The LRD12 configuration includes one normally closed and one normally open auxiliary contact, and as part of Schneider Electric's TeSys LRD family it is designed for reliable protection and easy integration with broader TeSys motor-control systems.
