Schneider Electric LTMR08EBD Motor Management Controller

LTMR08EBD is a TeSys T motor management controller for 24 V DC motors that combines protection, monitoring, and control in a compact Ethernet-enabled device. It accepts 24 V DC input and provides a controllable output current range from 0.4 to 8 A, making it suitable for small to mid-size DC motors in industrial applications. The unit supports Ethernet/IP and Modbus/TCP networking for integration with PLCs and SCADA systems, and it exposes 6 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs for run/stop commands and status signaling. Built-in diagnostic capabilities include event recording, fault and trip history, remaining operating time before overload trip, running hours counter, and phase/earth fault trip counters, enabling predictive maintenance and rapid fault diagnosis. As part of Schneider Electric's TeSys T motor management family, LTMR08EBD is designed to work with other TeSys T components to provide coordinated motor protection and remote monitoring in automation systems. Note: Schneider Electric lists LTMR08EBD as being discontinued for commercialization on September 30, 2026, with standard service ending January 31, 2027, after which users are advised to consider replacement options within the TeSys T lineup.
