Schneider Electric's NEHB242ASP Power Interface Module is a PowerLink AS component designed for use with NEHB panelboards. It draws operating power directly from the panel’s main bus to enable remote switching of connected loads as part of the PowerLink AS system. The module occupies six pole spaces inside the panel interior and serves as the power interface that supports the associated control hardware in the remote switching architecture. This version, NEHB242ASP, corresponds to the 208–240 VAC (60 Hz) configuration; for higher-voltage applications, Schneider Electric offers the NEHB442ASP (480Y/277 VAC) variant as the complement to NEHB panelboards. Install in the panel interior after the dead-front trim is in place, providing a compact, integrated means to extend PowerLink AS functionality to field devices and centralize load control. Typical applications include industrial or commercial distribution schemes where centralized, remote control of loads is required and PowerLink AS is used to coordinate switching from a single control point.
