Schneider Electric's Square D QO2PAF Fixed Handle Padlock Attachment is a padlockable handle accessory for QO standard circuit breakers that fixes the breaker handle in the OFF position. This fixed, 2-pole or 3-pole attachment installs on QO breakers to accept a padlock for lockout/tagout during maintenance and servicing, providing a dedicated point to secure a locking device. It is compatible with QO 2-pole breakers rated 10–125 A and QO 3-pole breakers rated 10–100 A, and is designed for use with Square D/QO standard breakers within the Schneider Electric QO family.
