Schneider Electric's 8030-ROM-141 is a multiplexed BCD output module designed for Square D SY/MAX Class 8030 PLC systems. It provides multiplexed BCD outputs without requiring an external power supply, drawing up to 900 mA from the SY/MAX backplane power rail. The BCD latch/enable timing is user-selectable via switch S1 at 1 Hz or 10 Hz to control how quickly the outputs update, enabling synchronization with the controller's scan cycle. An onboard red LED indicates fault or malfunction conditions, helping technicians diagnose issues quickly.
