Schneider Electric RP-1 C106 Operating Mechanism

Schneider Electric RP-1 C106 Operating Mechanism is a variable-depth RP1 style operating mechanism designed for use with Square D class 9422 circuit breakers. Installation requires the breaker toggle and the operating mechanism to be ON, loosening the adjustment plate screws, sliding the circuit breaker into the mechanism so it sits over the two bottom extruded mounting holes, folding the liner over the top surface (the upper insulator flaps will not cover the toggle), then re-securing the adjustment plate with screws and mounting the assembly to the surface with four 10-24 x 3-1/4 in screws. The RP1 mechanism provides depth adjustability to accommodate different breaker depths within Square D/Schneider Electric installations.
