Schneider Electric Square D SDSA4040D Surgelogic Surge Protection Device (SPD) protects 480 V three‑phase, three‑wire delta systems from transient surges. Encased in a durable NEMA 4X enclosure, it is UL‑listed and designed to meet Schneider Electric’s electrical characteristics for SPDs, including touch‑safe terminals for user protection. The SDSA4040D delivers up to 50 kA per‑phase surge handling capability and is intended for 480 VAC delta service, providing line‑to‑neutral and line‑to‑line protection to shield downstream components such as motors, drives, panels, and control electronics in industrial environments.
