Schneider Electric's TeSys D LA6DK3 Mechanical Latch is a latch block that mechanically holds TeSys D contactors in the energized position without continual coil power. Front-mounted on LP1D80 contactors (LA6DK3 version) and compatible with MCCs, conveyors, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, and other industrial control panels, it enables remote unlatching with manual or electrical (pulsed or maintained) control. Its electrical specs include Ui 660 V, Uc 12–220 V, unlatching power 330 W, maximum operating rate 1,000 cycles per hour, and a mechanical durability of 1,000,000 cycles, with an internal latch coil auto cut-out after ~15 ms and a 1 NC auxiliary contact to interrupt the coil during unlatching.
