Schneider Electric SM1-9A240 Manual Motor Starter

The Schneider Electric SM1-9A240 Manual Motor Starter is a 3-pole, open-type motor control assembly that combines a 9 A contactor, a 240 VAC coil, and an adjustable 2.5–4 A overload relay to provide manual starting and thermal overload protection for three-phase motors. Designed for industrial motor control panels and OEM automation, it supports panel- or DIN rail-mounting, operates at 50/60 Hz, and uses an open-type enclosure (assembly dependent) within a TeSys-series assembly. Typical applications include conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging equipment, and manufacturing machinery, as well as water treatment facilities and HVAC systems where operator-controlled motor starting and protection are required. Short-circuit protection is supported through compatibility with Schneider Motor Circuit Breakers.
