Schneider Electric Telemecanique L2153-2GF Limit Switch

The Schneider Electric Telemecanique L2153-2GF LOX-SWITCH Type L is a rugged cable-pull limit switch from Gould Telemecanique (Schneider Electric), part of the Series L2153 Severe Duty / R.B. Denison LOX-SWITCH Type L family, designed for severe-duty industrial safety systems and delivering a cable-operated emergency stop and machine shutdown for conveyors, bulk material handling equipment, mining machinery, steel mills, and automated production lines. It uses a snap-action contact with a cast aluminum body for durability, and is rated up to 500 VAC and 10 A, with NEMA A600 / P600 contact ratings, and protection to NEMA 1, 2, 4, 12, 13 and IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The unit features screw-clamp terminals for electrical connections and one 1/2 in. NPT conduit entry for straightforward cable management, mounting on either a surface or body-mount configuration, and is UL Listed and CSA Certified. Applications include providing dependable cable-operated emergency stop and machine shutdown across conveyors, crushers or transfer systems, aggregate processing equipment, packaging machines, and automated manufacturing machinery where safety interlocks and process safety are essential.
