Schneider Electric LRD02 Thermal Overload Relay

Schneider Electric TeSys LR.D LRD02 Thermal Overload Relay is a three-pole, bimetallic overload device designed to protect 3‑phase motors in TeSys LR.D and TeSys Deca starters. It is rated for up to 690 VAC and offers adjustable overload protection in the 0.16 to 0.25 A range to match motor full‑load currents, with a built‑in 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact for signaling and interlocking control circuits. The LRD02 mounts directly to compatible TeSys contactors (LC1D09 to LC1D32) for a compact, plug‑in starter assembly and carries a class 10A trip rating, helping prevent motor damage from startup surges and sustained overloads in industrial environments.
