Schneider Electric Telemecanique XCKL115 Limit Switch

The Schneider Electric Telemecanique XCKL115 Limit Switch is a heavy-duty electromechanical position switch in the XC Standard XCKL family, featuring a rotary head, a spring-return thermoplastic roller lever, and snap-action contacts for reliable end‑of‑travel sensing. It serves as a limit switch for machine position detection in conveyors, packaging equipment, machine tools, automated production equipment, and material handling systems. Electrical ratings include AC-15 240 V at 3 A and DC-13 250 V at 0.27 A, with a ZCK-D15 contact designation and a 1 NC + 1 NO configuration; the unit is IP66 protected and uses screw-clamp terminals with a metal cable gland entry for 6–13.5 mm cables. Built with a Zamak body and metal construction, it is CSA and UL certified and commonly used as a replacement alongside XCKL114 and XCKL116.
