Schneider Electric Telemecanique Z..-BV6 Pilot Light

The Schneider Electric Telemecanique ZBV6 pilot light block provides an orange indication for Harmony XB4/XB5 Ø22 mm devices to signal machine status in industrial control panels. Commonly installed in motor control centers, operator stations, OEM equipment, and automation systems that use BA9s bulbs with a maximum supply of 250 V AC/DC, the ZBV6 is rated up to 250 VAC/VDC. The light block uses a BA9s bulb base (bulb not included) and delivers up to 2.4 W of lamp power. It mounts from the front on Ø22 mm operator heads, with screw clamp terminals and a wire range of 0.22 to 1.5 mm², tightened at 0.8–1.2 N·m. With a service life of 100,000 hours at 25°C, a surge withstand of 1 kV (IEC 61000-4-5), and IP20 protection, it operates from -40°C to +70°C and weighs 0.016 kg. If 380 V operation is required, select a transformer-equipped pilot light assembly. Common replacements include ZB4BV5D5, ZB5AV5D5, and ZBV156.
