The Schneider Electric Telemecanique ZCKL1H7 Limit Switch Body is the XC Standard base unit for XCKL modular limit switches, designed to accept interchangeable ZCKD series operating heads for end-of-travel sensing in automation systems. It is commonly installed on conveyors, packaging machinery, machine tools, material handling equipment, and automated production lines where dependable position monitoring is required. The metal-bodied base features 2 poles with 1 NC + 1 NO and snap-action operation, rated 3 A at 240 VAC (AC-15, A300) and 0.27 A at 250 VDC (DC-13, Q300); Conventional Thermal Current (Ithe) 10 A, Insulation Voltage (Ui) 500 V, and a 1/2" NPT conduit entry with screw-clamp terminals for 0.34–2 × 1.5 mm² conductors.
