Schneider Electric VW3A3202 Extended Input Output Card

The VW3A3202 Extended Input/Output Card is Schneider Electric’s I/O expansion for ATV61/ATV71 Altivar drives, designed to boost a drive’s sensing and control capability without adding a separate PLC. It provides two analog inputs, two analog outputs, and a pulse input in addition to the drive’s base I/O, while preserving the existing four digital inputs, two digital outputs, and a Form C relay output, plus an input for PTC motor probes and 24 VDC and 10 VDC outputs for logic and sensors. Rated for 5 A at up to 250 VAC on its discrete outputs, the card is intended for installations that require more complex process feedback or actuation directly at the drive, such as conveyors, packaging lines, or machine tools. The VW3A3202 is compatible with ATV61/ATV71 drives and can be used alongside other VW3 option cards according to Schneider Electric’s card compatibility guidelines, enabling flexible expansion within the drive system.
