Schneider Electric VZ20 Auxiliary Contact Block

The Schneider Electric VZ20 auxiliary contact block adds two normally open signaling contacts to TeSys Vario switch disconnectors, expanding control options in industrial panels. Designed for right-side mounting on TeSys Vario V02–V6 disconnectors, it uses screw clamp terminals for 0.75–1.5 mm² flexible conductors or 1–2.5 mm² solid conductors, with a tightening torque of 0.7 N·m and overall dimensions of 65 × 20 × 48.5 mm. It is rated up to 690 VAC at 50/60 Hz, with Ith 12 A and Ithe 10 A, and a Uimp of 8 kV for AC/DC networks. Durability is 100,000 mechanical operations and 100,000 AC-15, 30,000 DC-11 electrical cycles, with IP20 protection and an operating range of -20 °C to +50 °C, making it suitable for motor control panels, conveyors, packaging lines, HVAC control panels, and power distribution assemblies.
