Schneider Electric XB4BD53 Momentary Selector Switch

Schneider Electric’s Telemecanique Harmony XB4BD53 is a 22 mm panel-mount, three-position momentary selector switch with spring return to center and two normally open contacts. It supports forward/reverse, jog, inching, and other temporary machine-control functions in industrial automation, with a black standard handle and a 3-position arrangement (±45°). Wired through screw-clamp terminals, the unit features a chromium-plated metal bezel and a Zamak fixing collar, and its compact body measures 47 × 30 × 68 mm with a 22 mm mounting diameter. The switch provides slow-break operation on 2 NO contacts and is rated for rugged environments, offering IP66, IP67, IP69, IP69K protection in installed assemblies and withstanding up to 1,000,000 mechanical cycles. Common applications include control panels, motor control centers, conveyor systems, machine tools, packaging machinery, and process equipment where temporary operator commands are required.
