Schneider Electric XBTG2330 HMI Touchscreen Display

Schneider Electric Telemecanique Magelis XBTG2330 is a 5.7-inch color touchscreen HMI panel designed for operator interface, machine visualization, and process control in industrial automation systems. It runs on 24 VDC (19.2–28.8 VDC) and consumes about 26 W, featuring a 133 MHz RISC CPU, 16 MB Flash EPROM, and 512 KB battery-backed SRAM, with a 5.7" backlit color TFT LCD at 320×240 (QVGA) resolution and 65,536 colors. The analog touchscreen supports USB Type-A host, RJ45 Ethernet, and RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 (COM1) plus RS-485 RJ45 (COM2), and it communicates via Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus, Modbus TCP, Modbus Plus, Uni-TE, FIPWAY, and other PLC protocols. Commonly used for machine visualization, alarm management, process monitoring, and operator interaction across packaging machines, conveyors, machine tools, water treatment equipment, and OEM production machinery. This Magelis XBTG family device is discontinued and superseded by the Harmony GT HMI series, with common replacements including HMIGTO2310, HMIGTO5310, and Harmony GT Advanced Touchscreen HMI.
