Schneider Electric XBTGK2120 Graphic Terminal

Schneider Electric XBTGK2120 Graphic Terminal is a Magelis graphic touchscreen terminal with an integrated keypad, designed for operator interface, machine visualization, and process control in industrial automation. It runs from a 24 VDC supply (rated 19.2–28.8 VDC) and consumes about 26 W, powering a 5.7-inch backlit monochrome STN LCD display at 320 × 240 (QVGA) resolution in black and white with 16 gray levels. The device features an analog touchscreen, a 133 MHz RISC CPU, 16 MB Flash EPROM, and 512 kB SRAM (battery-backed), supporting graphical monitoring, alarm handling, recipe management, and real-time process visualization for PLC-based systems; interfaces include RS-232C, RS-422, RS-485, and Siemens MPI, plus USB Type-A Host and COM1/COM2 (RS-485 RJ45). Mounting is flush panel, and the terminal is commonly used on packaging machines, material handling equipment, machine tools, water treatment systems, and OEM production machinery where both touchscreen and keypad operation are required. As part of the Magelis XBT GK family, the XBTGK2120 has been discontinued and superseded by the Harmony GK series, with common replacements including HMIGK2310 and HMIGTO5310 graphic terminals.
