Schneider Electric XC1AC125 Limit Switch

Schneider Electric's XC1AC125 limit switch is a metal-bodied position-sensing device in the Telemecanique/OsiSense XC – XC1AC Special Range, with a spring-return ball-bearing plunger actuator and plunger head for precise mechanical position detection and end-of-travel sensing in industrial automation. It provides two poles with one normally closed and one normally open contact, operating in slow-break and break-before-make configurations, and is wired via screw-clamp terminals for 0.5–2.5 mm² conductors; three Pg 13.5 threaded cable entries accommodate 9–12 mm cables for flexible field wiring. Electrical ratings include a rated insulation voltage of 500 VAC (IEC) and 600 VAC/DC (CSA), with a conventional thermal current of 10 A, and actuation speeds up to 0.5 m/s on the right or 1 m/s on the left, supporting reliable sensing on fast-moving equipment. Commonly installed on conveyors, overhead cranes, hoists, transfer systems, machine tools, packaging machinery, and other material handling and production equipment, the XC1AC125 provides dependable mechanical position feedback for machine sequencing, travel limit monitoring, safety interlocking, and end-of-stroke sensing.
