Schneider Electric XCK-S XCKS ZCKD39 ZCKY39 Limit Switch

The Telemecanique Sensors XCKS modular limit switch assembly (Schneider Electric XC Standard) combines a ZCKD39 rotary head with a ZCKY39 roller lever for reliable mechanical position detection in industrial automation. Actuated by a 30° cam with a lateral approach and two-direction operation, it uses a roller lever with an elastomer roller (Ø50 mm) and a spring-return mechanism to sense end‑of‑travel on conveyors, packaging lines, machine tools, automated assembly equipment, and material handling systems. The head is plastic and the operating temperature range is -25 °C to +70 °C. It is compatible with XCKS modular limit switch bodies and is commonly replaced by Telemecanique ZCKSD39, ZCKD39, and ZCKY39 parts within Schneider Electric XC Standard XCKS limit switch assemblies.
