The Schneider Electric XMLA035A2S11 Differential Pressure Switch Sensor is an OsiSense XM series, electromechanical device that monitors fluid pressure and actuates a relay when a defined threshold is reached in hydraulic, pneumatic, and process systems. It provides a fixed differential with a pressure range of 1.5 to 35 bar and a maximum cycle pressure of approximately 45 bar, delivering a relay output (1 C/O contact) capable of up to 3 A AC switching. The sensor uses a G 1/4 female process connection and a PG13.5 cable gland with screw terminals, housed in a zinc alloy enclosure with IP66 protection for harsh industrial environments. Operating temperature is −25°C to 70°C, with repeat accuracy around 2% and durability up to 5 million operating cycles.
