Schneider Electric XPSAL5110 Safety Relay Module

The Schneider Electric XPSAL5110 Safety Relay Module, part of the Telemecanique Preventa XPS-AL family, is a 24 V AC/DC safety relay designed to monitor emergency stop circuits and protective devices, delivering two normally open safety contacts with an approximate 1.25 A output rating for safe shutdown sequences. It mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail using screw terminals, provides LED indicators for power and relay status, and features IP20 terminals with an IP40 housing, supporting operation from −10°C to 55°C in industrial control panels found on manufacturing lines, packaging machinery, robotic work cells, material handling systems, and automated assembly equipment. Although discontinued by Schneider Electric, the XPSAL5110 is commonly replaced by the XPSAC5121, XPSUAK12AP, or Pilz 750104 PNOZ S4 24VDC Safety Relay.
