The Schneider Electric / Telemecanique XS1M12MB230 inductive proximity switch is designed for non-contact detection of metal objects in industrial automation. This cylindrical M12 sensor from the XS1 family is intended for flush mounting and features a nickel-plated brass housing with a normally closed (NC) output and a 2 mm sensing distance, making it suitable for conveyors, packaging equipment, assembly lines, and material handling processes.
