Schneider Electric XS208BLPAL2 Inductive Proximity Sensor

The Schneider Electric XS208BLPAL2 Inductive Proximity Sensor is a cylindrical M8 threaded device designed for non-contact detection of metallic targets in industrial automation. With a 2.5 mm sensing distance, it provides a PNP, normally open output on a 3-wire DC connection and operates on 12–24 V DC, switching up to 200 mA. The sensor features a nickel-plated brass enclosure, IP67 protection, and a 2 m integral cable for easy installation, mounting non-flush. A yellow LED indicates output status. Part of the XS2 General Purpose family from Schneider Electric (Telemecanique Sensors), it is commonly used on conveyors, packaging and assembly lines, robotic systems, and other automated machine controls for reliable position sensing.
