Schneider Electric XX630A1KAM12 Analog Input Module

The Schneider Electric XX630A1KAM12 ultrasonic sensor delivers non-contact object detection and distance sensing for industrial automation. Part of the OsiSense XX6 family, it uses a cylindrical M30 housing with diffuse sensing and a 10° beam at 200 kHz for reliable detection in conveyors, packaging lines, and material handling equipment. The sensor has a nominal sensing distance of 1 m (adjustable via teach push-button) with a sensing range of 0.051–0.991 m, and two NO outputs in a 4-wire configuration supporting both PNP and NPN wiring. It is powered from 12–24 V DC (10–28 V DC range) via an M12 4-pin connector, and features an M30 x 1.5 thread, ULTEM plastic body, and silicone front, rated IP67 and operating from 0 °C to +60 °C.
