Schneider Electric ZB2-BZ105 Normally Closed Contact Block

The Schneider Electric ZB2-BZ105 is a front-mount normally closed contact block for Harmony ZB2 push buttons, selector switches, and pilot devices. It provides a single NC contact with slow-break operation, rated for 3 A at 240 V AC (AC-15) and a conventional thermal current of 10 A, with a rated insulation voltage of 600 V and a 6 kV rated impulse voltage. The block uses silver alloy (Ag/Ni) contacts, a metal fixing collar, and screw clamp terminals, and is designed for operation from -25°C to +70°C with up to 3,000,000 mechanical cycles. Common applications include control panels, conveyor systems, packaging machinery, and other manufacturing equipment where normally closed contacts are used for stop commands, safety circuits, alarms, and status monitoring.
