Schneider Electric ZBVG4 Push Button LED Block

Schneider Electric ZBVG4 LED Light Block provides a red protected integral LED indication for Harmony XB4/XB5 22 mm illuminated push buttons and pilot lights, operating from a direct 110–120 VAC supply (50/60 Hz) to signal machine status with a steady light. Commonly installed in industrial control panels, motor control centers, operator stations, OEM machinery, and factory automation systems that require long-life LED indication, it pairs with Harmony XB4/XB5 Ø22 mm operator heads for reliable visual signaling in manufacturing equipment, conveyors, packaging machinery, process control panels, HVAC systems, and electrical distribution gear. The block uses screw clamp terminals with a wire range of 0.22–1.5 mm² and draws 14 mA, front-mounted with a tightening torque of 0.8–1.2 N·m. It offers a service life up to 100,000 hours at 25°C, and IP20 protection with surge withstand of 1 kV (IEC 61000-4-5). Weight is 0.017 kg.
