Schneider Electric Telemecanique ZCKL1 Limit Switch Body Assembly is the fixed-base unit for the XC Standard XCKL modular limit switches, delivering a 2-pole, snap-action contact (1 NC + 1 NO) in a metal housing for end-of-travel detection, machine sequencing, and equipment-position monitoring. It accepts a wide range of ZCKD actuator heads (ZCKD02, ZCKD05, ZCKD06, ZCKD08, ZCKD10, ZCKD15, ZCKD16, ZCKD17, ZCKD21, ZCKD23, ZCKD29, ZCKD41, ZCKD59, ZCKD81, ZCKD91, ZCKD109, ZCKD219, ZCKD239) and is compatible with XCKL series devices. Electrical ratings include 3 A at 240 VAC (AC-15, A300) and 0.27 A at 250 VDC (DC-13, Q300), with a conventional thermal current of 10 A and Ui of 500 V. It uses screw-clamp terminals (1 × 0.34 to 2 × 1.5 mm²), includes a Pg 13.5 cable gland, offers positive opening, and features silver-plated contacts with a minimum actuation speed of 0.01 m/min; the body is metal and provides IP66 protection with IK07 impact rating.
