Schneider Electric ZCKY41 Lever Actuated Limit Switch

The Schneider Electric ZCKY41 lever-actuated limit switch is a variable-length thermoplastic roller lever designed for rotary position sensing on XC Standard modular limit switches. It is commonly installed on conveyors, packaging machinery, material handling equipment, machine tools, and automated production lines that use XCKJ, XCKL, XCKM, or XCKS limit switches, enabling end-of-travel detection, machine sequencing, and position monitoring with smooth, low-friction operation. The actuator features a rotary operating head with lateral approach and 30° cam actuation with spring return; the lever length is adjustable and the roller material is thermoplastic; positive opening is not provided. It is compatible with ZCKE05 and ZCKD05 rotary heads and interfaces with XCKJ/XCKL/XCKM/XCKS series; net weight 0.023 kg (23 g); operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C (standard environment) and -40°C to +70°C in low-temperature environments.
