Schneider Electric ZCMD21L2 Limit Switch

The Schneider Electric Telemecanique ZCMD21L2 limit switch is a miniature fixed-body Switch in the XC Standard family, built with a rugged Zamak housing and a 2-meter removable cable connection for use in automation equipment. It features two poles with 1 NC + 1 NO snap-action contacts, positive opening, and silver-plated contacts with a contact resistance of 25 mΩ (IEC 60255-7 Category 3). The device’s 2 m (6.56 ft) removable cable uses 5 × 0.75 mm² conductors with PvR insulation, enabling straightforward installation and dependable end‑of‑travel detection, position monitoring, and machine sequencing on conveyors, packaging machinery, machine tools, material handling systems, and automated production lines requiring a pre-wired limit switch body.
