Industrial SCT-019 Split Core Current Transformer

The SCT-019 Split Core Current Transformer is a clamp-on sensor that provides non-invasive AC current measurement without disconnecting existing conductors, delivering a 0.333 VAC output at rated current for a 100 A primary. Its 19 mm by 19 mm split-core opening uses Permalloy to support stable readings, with an accuracy class of 0.5% to 1.0% depending on installation conditions and a maximum detection current of 150 A AC. It operates from 20 Hz to 1 kHz and offers a dielectric strength of 2.5 kV AC for 1 minute and insulation voltage up to 720 VAC, while carrying a UL94-V0 flame rating for panel safety. The unit provides a voltage output with an internal burden resistor and is commonly applied in energy monitoring and industrial power measurement systems, including power meters, energy analyzers, BMS, solar monitoring equipment, and related control panels; compatible with Generic / YHDC SCT-019 installations.
