The SCT-019 Split Core Current Transformer delivers non-invasive, clamp-on current sensing with a 0.333 V output at its rated 150 A AC primary, enabling accurate power measurement without interrupting the circuit. Its 19 mm × 19 mm core opening fits in standard electrical panels and energy monitoring equipment, with a Permalloy core and an accuracy class of 0.5% to 1.0% depending on installation conditions. It supports a maximum detection current of 225 A AC, operates from 20 Hz to 1 kHz, and uses a split-core clamp-on installation method for easy retrofits in switchgear, building management systems, solar monitoring setups, and industrial control panels. The device provides a voltage output with an internal burden resistor, has a dielectric strength of 2.5 kV AC for 1 minute, and insulation voltage up to 720 VAC, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a UL94-V0 flame rating for safer installation.
