SICK IM18-05BUS-ZU0 Cylindrical Inductive Proximity Sensor

The SICK IM18-05BUS-ZU0 is a cylindrical inductive proximity sensor for non-contact detection of metallic objects in industrial automation. With a sensing distance of 5 mm and a PNP normally open output, it operates on 10–30 V DC and uses an M12 connector in an M18 nickel-plated brass housing. It carries an IP67 rating, supports flush-mount installation, and operates from -25°C to +75°C, with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection for reliable performance in harsh environments.
