Siemens 6ES7 151-8FB00-0AB0 is a SIMATIC ET 200S PROFIsafe interface module that combines a fail-safe CPU with a PN/DP communications interface for safe distributed I/O. The IM151-8F PN/DP CPU module includes an integrated S7-314-compatible CPU and 192 KB of user memory, enabling the safe control logic to reside on the module itself. It provides a 100 Mbps PROFINET Ethernet interface (IO controller mode) plus an integrated 3-port switch for upstream/downstream device connections, and it ships with 3 RJ45 bus connectors for the ET 200S backplane. A Micro Memory Card is required for operation of the CPU, and the module can communicate with a PROFIBUS DP network via an additional DP Master Module, including a terminating module as part of the configuration. The device supports safe automation through PROFIsafe and is designed to be mounted in ET 200S stacks with a maximum connectable width of up to 2 m.
