Siemens 6ES7136-6BA00-0CA0 is a fail-safe digital input module for the SIMATIC ET 200SP distributed I/O safety system. It provides eight 24 V DC input channels (20.4–28.8 V range) with safety ratings up to SIL3 (IEC 61508) and PL e (ISO 13849-1). As a High Feature (HF) module, it fits a 15 mm-wide slot and draws about 75 mA at no load (backplane current ~21 mA). Mounting options include BaseUnit type A0 and DIN rail, and it is designed for integration with STEP 7 (TIA Portal) software. The module includes integrated safety diagnostics and status LEDs to help monitor fault conditions and channel health.
