SMC MGPM80-50Z Compact Guided Cylinder from the MGP-Z family provides robust, precise linear actuation in a compact footprint with an Ø80 mm bore and 50 mm stroke. This double-acting cylinder uses a slide-bearing guide to resist side loads and prevent piston rotation, and its aluminum, hard-anodized body supports through-hole mounting with Rc or M5 x 0.8 port threads for flexible piping. Operating pressure ranges from 0.1 to 1 MPa (about 15–145 psi) and temperatures from -10 to 60 C, while the overall package is compact—roughly 202 mm high and 75 mm wide—with weight reduced by up to 24% thanks to a shorter guide rod and thinner end plates. An optional M9BL solid-state auto switch with indicator light can be mounted directly, offering 3 m lead wires and a DC24V supply.
