SMC MGQL32-100 MGQ Series Guided Cylinder is a compact, internally guided actuator with a 32 mm bore and 100 mm stroke, part of SMC’s MGQ family designed to deliver precise linear motion while isolating the load from the rod's movement. The MGQL variant uses a high-precision ball-bushing bearing to support smooth travel and reduce side-load effects, with non-rotating accuracy specified around ±0.05° for 100 mm bore (±0.10° for the smallest bore). It operates within a pressure range of 0.12 to 1.0 MPa and can be configured with auto-switch capability for easy integration into control systems. Built for reliability in automation environments, the MGQ series supports a variety of stroke lengths and bore sizes, including 32 mm bore with 100 mm stroke, and offers optional high-temperature operation up to 150°C (XB6).
