SMC MHSH3-32D is a three-finger, parallel-type pneumatic gripper in the MHSH3 family designed for through-hole mounting. With a 32 mm bore and an 8 mm stroke per finger, each finger extends and retracts to create a stable three-point grip, ideal for precise handling of small parts. The through-hole design accommodates a center actuator, aiding reliable workpiece release. Operated by compressed air in the 0.1–0.6 MPa range, the MHSH3-32D delivers about 62 N of gripping force per finger at 0.6 MPa, enabling a firm grasp on a variety of parts without crushing. The MHSH3 series spans bore sizes from 16 to 80 mm, providing options for different part sizes and payloads, and features wedge-and-cam style fingers with parallel alignment for uniform contact across workpieces.
