SMC Corporation MXQ12-100A Pneumatic Slide Table

SMC MXQ12-100A is a compact, 12 mm bore air slide table that provides precise, guided linear motion for part positioning in automation. Part of SMC's MXQ Series, it integrates a guide rail and table into a single unit and uses a circulating linear guide for high rigidity and accuracy. The 100 mm stroke is adjustable via end-stop options, with rubber stoppers available for both ends. The unit's overall length is 182 mm, width 46 mm, and height 30 mm, and it uses an air-supply port sized M5 x 0.8. It is a double-acting guided cylinder rated for operating pressures from 0.15 to 0.7 MPa and an operating temperature range of -10 to +60 °C. The MXQ12-100A provides stroke adjustment without built-in auto switches by default (0 auto switches). This slide table is well-suited for repeatable positioning, fixture indexing, and transfer tasks in automation cells, machine tools, or assembly lines where precise motion of a workpiece is required. Optional stroke-end rubber stoppers allow customizing end-of-travel feel while maintaining repeatability.
