SMC MXQ20-100BS is a guided air slide table in the MXQ series that combines a 20 mm bore double-acting cylinder with an integrated recirculating linear guide and a hardened stainless steel table for precise linear motion. The standard stroke is 100 mm, and the unit is designed to deliver closely held parallelism and perpendicularity thanks to the single, machined assembly that minimizes tolerance stack-up. The bearing resides in a stainless steel housing and uses a recirculating ball guide to provide rigidity and smooth travel. The MXQ20-100BS variant includes an extension-end absorber (BS) to cushion motion at full extension, and an end lock option (R) is available for secure positioning in the event of air loss; ports are two Rc 1/8 connections (NPT/G variants are offered). The MXQ slide table is ideal for precision positioning in automation tasks such as fixture mounting, part transfer, and inspection setups where repeatable alignment is critical.
