SMC Corporation NCA1B250-0700 Pneumatic Tie Rod Cylinder

SMC NCA1B250-0700 is a NFPA-interchangeable tie-rod pneumatic cylinder from SMC's NCA1 series, delivering a 2.5 in bore and 7 in stroke in a compact 3 in high by 3 in wide envelope. This double-acting cylinder uses a crimped piston rod with a 0.625 in rod diameter and a 7/16-20 male thread, and it provides 3/8 in NPT ports (female) for air connections. At 100 psi, it delivers about 491 lb of push force and 31 lb of retract force. The cylinder is rated for 8–250 psi operating pressure (maximum 250 psi) and operates in a temperature range of 40 to 140 °F. It is pre-lubricated and incorporates cushions at both ends to reduce impact, and it offers 11 NFPA mounting styles under MX0 basic mounting. Auto-Switch is standard for sensor integration.
