SMC NVBA1110-T02GN Booster Regulator is a compact, air-driven booster stage that raises a low-pressure input into a higher output to power pneumatic cylinders, grippers, and other actuators in automation lines. This legacy regulator accepts 15–150 psi input and, using a fixed 1:2 boost ratio, can deliver an adjustable output up to 290 psi; the set-pressure range is 30–290 psi, allowing precise control for short pulses and higher force. The unit features 1/4 NPTF ports for IN, OUT, and exhaust, and a maximum flow of 14.2 SCFM (400 NL/min). It weighs about 0.85 kg. Note this model is replaced by the VBA10A-T02GN-Z series for new designs. In practice, the NVBA1110-T02GN provides a compact way to boost pressure on demand without upsizing main system pressure, making it suitable for high-force clamping, tooling, and actuation in compact layouts where space is at a premium.
