SMC SY7240-5G-03 is a 5-port, 2-position base-mounted pneumatic solenoid valve in the SY7000 family (SY3000/5000/7000/9000 Series). This single-unit, base-mounted valve is designed for mounting on manifolds and is specified for a DC 24 V coil. The valve uses 3/8-inch piping connections, and the -5G-03 variant with a grommet includes a 300 mm lead wire; a sub-plate is included with this version. As part of the SY7240 lineup, it’s used to switch air paths in compact automation circuits to control double-acting cylinders when energized by the A and B coils.
