SMC Corporation SY9120-5DZ-03T Pneumatic Solenoid Valve

SMC SY9120-5DZ-03T is a 5-port, 2-position, single-solenoid pneumatic valve in the SY9000 family that directs compressed air in compact automation circuits. It uses 3/8 in Rc-threaded ports (A/B) and a die-cast aluminum body for durability in industrial environments. The valve supports Cv up to 2.5 and accepts coil voltages across the SY9000 range, including 24 VDC (as well as 100/110/200/220 VAC) with DIN terminal electrical entry. Power consumption is rated at about 0.1 W when equipped with the power-saving circuit. Response times are fast—32 ms or less at 0.5 MPa—while the operating pressure range covers 0.1–0.7 MPa (internal pilot) or 0.25–0.7 MPa for external pilot configurations. The SY9120-5DZ-03T is designed for modular installations with SMC manifold options, enabling combined mounting with other SY9000 valves and components for compact, scalable pneumatic systems.
